Objective
In my previous and current work experience, I have been involved in designing, installing, programming and supporting IVC/Live interactive classrooms and conference rooms.
I have been involved with the inventory control process as well as handling receiving and working with vendors and drivers. Other responsibilities have involved the maintenance and repair of video equipment. I have also created databases to organize and maintain information, in addition to creating general documents and reports relating to my assigned duties.

Plan and research for new and existing IVC/Live Interactive origination and receive classrooms for distance learning classes. Implement designs and construct classrooms to be easy to use and functional for faculty and students. Design and program control systems for room functionality and automation, ie. camera control, external peripherals etc., using Crestron equipment and Apple iPads. Designed and implemented microphone and speaker systems in classrooms and conference rooms. Install, configure and maintain Cisco telepresence devices used to interact with distance learning sites. Support classroom equipment and room operators to troubleshoot and resolve classroom equipment issues. Work with Utah Education Network (UEN) to troubleshoot and resolve network and equipment issues with Cisco telepresence devices. Work with UVU and UEN IT specialists to ensure proper linking of telepresence equipment with UEN’s IVC network for distance classroom connections.
